UNDERSTANDING THE PELL GRANT

Financial Need-Based Aid: Federal Pell Grants are awarded to undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional financial need through the FAFSA®.

A Gift, Not a Loan: Unlike student loans, a Federal Pell Grant does not have to be repaid, providing you with a debt-free foundation for your education.

Maximum Annual Funding: For the 2025–26 award year, eligible students can receive up to $7,395 to cover tuition, fees, and campus costs.
